Toilet bowl and tank were received in two very well packaged and sturdy boxes. "Nothing" was damaged, chipped, or cracked. Received quickly and in perfect condition. Replaced an existing toilet. Plumber removed old toilet and assembled new toilet in about an hour. I'm 6' tall, handicapped, and it's a perfect seat height for me. Easy to get on, and most importantly easier to stand up and get off of. I don't need to use two canes to help me stand up. Much quicker and thorough flush than my old toilet. Only issue that I have is that the toilet seat is cheap and uncomfortable. The mounting bolts are plastic. The plumber was able to tighten one of the seat bolts with the plastic nut, but the other nut kept spinning on the thread and he could not tighten it at all. So the seat slides and is not secure. I read some of the other comments before ordering that noted the same issue. I was going to order a separate seat with steel bolts when I ordered the toilet, but I didn't. I'm ordering the following seat and this was also recommended by my plumber.
