Not good very upset. Sat for days trying to find the perfect radio and finally decided on this one. Screen has several small scratches on it and . For one it don’t sound too great. It has. I bass at all coming out of it. It’s all loud screaming voice like and don’t e en go loud. When you turn it up it gets distorted and terrible sounding. The remote. Barely works and the worst tbjng is I’ll be driving and the radio will suddenly just go way way down in volume u til it’s off completely. Now annoying. Why wojkd the volume Judy go down. Wtf. Totally angry after sitting for hours installing tbis thing. Not to mention it did not fit my double din harness tnat I had correct and to figure out how to get the cd or dvd on behind the screen is awful besides tbst it did look. Ice and the screen is nice and bright which is a plus for these radios. Just wish the volume didn’t suddenly go down and it sounded a little better Idk maybe I got a bad one. And the screen is also fuzzy looking Not clear at all ! First off I had to make an apt to have this radio installed which I waited two weeks for. Then I went to return it within the time frame , however when I went to ups tbe app was not working and telling. E something went wrong and showing a pic of a dog. So now I finally got to and it was past the 30 days. I have three kids t home work and my husband was in the hospital I don’t have everyday to run back and fourth to ups !!!! So now it’s obviously gonna be past the thirty days and Amazon b.s customer service os telling me I have to pay a 20% restocking fee for something tnat came malfunctioning !!! $40 to return an item. Complete b.s. I literally spend thousands of dollars a year on Amazon and have been a prime member for years now and this is how I get served. I’ll take my service elsewhere from now on not That they cate. Because tbe last several items I’ve got n here were bad opened and crap ! Now I just say on home with them for thirty minutes for a supervisor is to get hung up on. Supposes cudent I’m sure they’d say !!! So.. I’ll call back ... show more

Bought this used for the first and last time never again….it came with missing speaker harness and when I powered the unit screen is messed up lines all across very disappointing

    • Nice but having issues with it
The media could not be loaded. I've got all of the connections right but as you see in the video, though it's showing that it's back in out and in to screen's volume, turn down by itself.

No good volume Up and down turns off and on when it wants to definitely the worst experience I have ever had also send me a used one
