(And maybe haven't dealt with VESA mounts before). In my case, my large TV was already connected to a wall mount via its VESA mount screws. While you might decide that what you need to do is to remove the TV from the wall mount and then put it back, I was lazy (also, it's a 75" TV and I'm alone), so what I did was basically remove one screw at a time, and put in this mount between the wall mount and the TV. As a result, I never took the TV off the mount, and the installation was, frankly, breathtakingly easy and fast. 5 minutes, 10 tops. Comes delightfully packaged with a surplus of all the hardware you might need or want, including disposable tools in case you don't have your own, you know, screwdriver. But seriously, why don't you have your own screwdriver? You should have a screwdriver. You COULD pay $150 for the Sonos-branded TV mount, but ... why would you? Super happy with this. ... show more

I'm using this sound bar mount for a Sonos Arc Ultra on a Sanus full motion wall mount. Out of all the ones I researched, this was the thinnest, that didn't cause the TV to go further off the wall. It is also adjustable up and down, which allows me to install my sound bar tight against the bottom of the TV. It is the best product I found that keeps the T.V closest to the wall and the sound bar closest to the bottom of the T.V all while connected to the full motion mount that comes off/pivots off the wall. *I will include pictures soon* ... show more

I'm unsure whether to give 4* or 5*, but giving 4* and will explain why, simply due to instruction paperwork. I installed with a LG OLED 83" OLED83B4. This TV has a relatively large 400x400 VESA mounting. But this large VESA is needed for such a large TV. I had read reviews saying this product was not sufficiently long to mount on a large TV. Well, it IS long enough, however, it will not reach to the top hold on 400x400 VESA. This is only a problem if not using a wall-mount, but not a problem if placing behind a mount such as the ECHOGEAR TV mount I used. The ECHOGEAR fits outside the Soundbase SONOS mount and the Soundbase arms nest and fit snugly inside the ECHOGEAR hardward. So, it is held firmly in place. Even so, in the attached images, the Soundbase VESA is only attached directly to the lowest VESA hole. It does not reach to the top one. That is only the ECHOGEAR hardware screwed in at top. As stated above, the ECHOGEAR holds the Soundbase firmly in place. I'm putting photos here both pre-mount and mounted to show how it looks. It is very sturdy and if used with this sort of mount hardware will work great. I cannot speak for every other mount hardware but worked great with the "ECHOGEAR Heavy Duty TV Wall mount" which I've used before and really like. The reason for 4* review is that the instruction manual was slightly confusing. I had to spend a lot of time studying the graphics. It's not rocket science, but little details such as orientation of the multiple hardware options and direction of certain pin connections to the Sonos were not obvious and took me more time studying than it should have taken. Even so, I do recommend this, and yes it does work on a large TV installation, even though a few comments in prior reviews said it is problematic. It works great for me. ... show more

This worked great for attaching my Sonos arc to a new TV. I'd had, on the previous TV, the Sanus mount for mounting the Arc, but it wouldn't fir properly on my newer TV, but this one did, and works just as well, and cost half as much,

    • Not large enough for big screens (75” up)

Was able to use bottom of mount to mount soundbar to my wall, so it wasn’t a complete loss. However the length of the bars are not long enough for really big tvs. Not even close for our 85”, put on the back of our old 75” and wouldn’t reach either, probably good for 60 and smaller.
