Bought this to start a side business. Had to give it 5 stars for a well put together product. Everything is provided and packaged nicely. Bit of a learning curve with the app but works well. Ordered my label separate with this company, good communication and responsiveness with customer support. Will update on longevity with pictures.

Everything works but the sticker was coming off a bit. The only reason I gave it 3 star is because I have yet to get a response about my free gift. When I ordered I let them know what a wanted in writing. After I purchased it sent another statement to the seller. Have not heard anything.. I wanted to know how long was the wait time for the custom sticker? I purchased 3/18.

I wanted to come back and after a year later of purchase, I reached out to customer service from the company to obtain help with the remote to the photobooth. My battery died and when I pulled apart to remove the battery to replace the remote wasn’t working fast with speed. Customer service definitely helped me figure out the issue by sending instructions to help reset and pair the remote with booth. They sent me a video to explain instructions on what to do. I appreciate how prompt the team is having someone available quickly to ensure my problem was resolved. Thank you much!

I purchase this machine over 18 months ago and in the middle of a party it completely stopped working change the batteries out of the remote. Made sure everything was plugged up new batteries on everything and you could hear the machine clock like it was working but the arm never started spinning. I had to shut down in the middle of the party, lost over $500 and was embarrassed. Nobody from the company has called or emailed me back. I spent over $1,800 and the machine just stopped I. The middle of a party EMBARRASSED IS NOT THE WORD.

Just received the 360 Photo Booth yesterday. It was fairly easy set up and am sure it will get easier as I continue to do it. Bought this for my daughter’s wedding in October and cannot wait to use it. We had quite a bit of fun just setting it up and playing with it in the garage. I will say it is much heavier than I expected it to be. I’ve been on some in Vegas and they were not sturdy as this one.
