    • Love this!
Flavor Name: Putty
My pugs & I HAVE to have this on every night for bed time. This is the best sound machine I’ve ever had and I love how it has brightness control for display & many other features. We really enjoy the 1st sound option! It’s a plus that it has a wireless charger but my phone does get hot with it. It’s worth the money and definitely a cute addition to your bedroom! Plus, there’s so many relaxing sound options to choose from. ... show more

This is a very nice clock. Packaged well. Color is same as shown on website. Wireless charging works well with iPhone and earbuds. Has all the features I wanted, especially dimmable lighting, DST reset, attractive, grey/white. Seems well-made.

    • Great traveling clock
Flavor Name: Black
I purchased this because I travel a lot. Go from one hotel to another and what I like about this sound machine drown out everything in the hotel hall way so I can sleep peacefully. The speaker systems are fantastic and the battery life is wonderful too. I suggest purchasing this.

    • Perform a Full hard Reset to restore charging function.
Flavor Name: Putty
This clock is a great little system! I appreciate its small footprint, digital display, and sound quality. My favorite part of this clock was ability to wirelessly charge my phone. Unfortunately, after just 6 months it would no longer charge my phone. After some research I learned that when this happens you need to perform a full hardware power cycle to reset its internal charging coil firmware. After doing this reset the charger started working again. Perform a Full Hard Reset: 1. Unplug the clock from the wall outlet. 2. Remove the backup batteries from the compartment on the bottom of the clock (usually 3 AAA batteries). 3. Wait 2 to 3 minutes to allow all residual power in the clock's internal capacitors to drain completely. 4. Plug the clock back into the wall first (without the batteries), then place your phone on the pad to see if charging triggers. If it works, you can reinstall the backup batteries. ... show more

Flavor Name: Putty
Only have had a couple weeks but so far LOVE! I used to have a phone charger, baby monitor, sound machine, and alarm clock on my night stand. WAYYY too much. When I got rid of the baby monitor I realized it was time to clean it up and this was truly the solution. It’s nice to look at and functionality is GREAT, on top of all that the sound options are exactly what I was looking for. You do have to be careful with the charger and ensure your phone is actually charging- but I’m sure that’s just a learning curve. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Overheated
Flavor Name: Light Gray
Had this about a month. Used the wireless charger a few times. Had my phone on it for about 20min. When I picked it up, it was burning hot and it melted my case. I keep my drivers license in the case & it melted that too! Very disappointed. Now I have to get a new case & worse, go to DMV! **Update. Customer service reached out & gave me the choice of a refund or exchange. Took the refund. Still 1 star for product, but bumped up to 3 stars for customer service ... show more

Looks nice, good sound, very very slow to charge my iPhone. Don’t expect unit to have a very long lifespan based on charging times.
