Had average to low expectations based upon cost effectiveness but was absolutely shocked at the sound. It's not gonna shake your floors and walls but sound is clear as well is the bass. It has very adequate bass but not overwhelming by anymeans. It's a fantastic value!!! Really is. All wiring connections came with product. I have an old cheap TV and hooked right up! MY FAVORITE feature is the easy Bluetooth ability to my phone for music. I have no internet/wifi, so the speaker works for my TV per proiveded cables and with my phone for music apps at the push of a button. Which leads to me say the only negative thing I can find, you'll need 2 aaa batteries for the remote hahaha 😆 But I say becareful! Because it's the gateway speaker man! Now I want to try all of the more exotic speaker hehehe IYKYK 😜

I wanted something to supplement our TV in our family room and had only a small space to work with so I took a chance on this unit. Installation took like 15 minutes most of which was time spent on my TV sound settings. Was very surprised in the amount of sound that came out of the unit. I may need to buy another one for my front room.

I bought this sound system to augment my laptop when I travel. I also bought a 32-inch TV to use as a monitor via HDMI cable. I had a few hiccups when I first tried the sound system, but the next day I tried again, and it worked fine. The sound is blasting loud with good base from the woofer. The woofer hooks directly to the sound bar and has no power cord. The power is directly to the sound bar that connects to the computer sound slot. I played Led Zepplin at high power, and it was an amazing sound. I originally hooked it up to a new Chromebook that basically has no sound at all. When I plugged in this sound system, it shook the whole house. Great product for the price. I totally recommend it.

I’ve wanted to get a soundbar for a while since I watch a lot of TV and my hearing isn’t the best after years of abuse mostly via live music events with booming sound. Anyway, I didn’t do much research and I guess I’m paying for it. This product was on sale or special or just crossed my homepage at the right time so I snapped it up. It came in nice packaging and was easy to set up (first time *ever* using the optical connection in anything). Turn on the TV, change audio source and just like that, louder, clearer audio quality, including a nice low end due to the separate subwoofer. Then I wanted to turn up the volume… And no matter what setting I searched through I couldn’t find how to “teach” my FireTV remote to control the soundbar. Long story long, you can’t control the soundbar using the FireTV remote. I don’t know about y’all but I have enough remotes in t life as it is. And keeping track and within reach of not one but now two remotes is a pain in the rear. Yeah, I know, “leaves on my swimming pool” kind of problem, but it’s still a pain. And had I done some research first I certainly would have found this out. I shouldn’t blame the product for my lack of research, and the product is great, but adding a new remote to my life is a 1.5 star deduction thus leaving this a 3.5/5 on my scale. I err on the side of positivity so I’m going 4/5 above since half-stars aren’t an option. Great value for money, easy setup and solid construction.

Bought this 2.1 sound bar system with sub for my desktop PC with low expectations, due to the low price. I was blown away by the sound quality this system puts out. Thumping lows and sparkling highs. Even comes with optical cable, and 1/8" stereo cable for your choice of hook-up. I'm going to buy a other fo the TV in my spare bedroom.

So after buying the Roku Streambar in an attempt to improve the audio quality of my tv after hearing really good reviews on it...I was left very disappointed. Could hardly tell the difference between the bar and my regular tv speakers. I was very hesitant on buying this soundbar since it resembled the Roku one and it wasn't a popular name brand audio service. But between the black Friday deal and the addition of the bass speaker, I figured what the hell- take a risk and I could always return it, right? Well my friends, I have no plans on returning this little beauty! I did have some initial trouble with connecting the sound bar to the tv in the beginning. I like to think I'm fairly tech savvy, so if you struggle with tech you may want some help from someone who knows their way around a tech installation. As for people in the middle like me when it comes to tech, just keep googling for answers and you'll get there (tip- my issue was finding the PCM setting on the TV and switching over to it since I was using the optical audio cable to connect.) Once it's all hooked up though? That sound is magic compared to the standard TV speakers I've lived with all my life. My living room is fairly small, 12x13, and I can actually FEEL the bass from across the room. Thankfully no one lives under or over me or I'd get noise complaints when having the bass turned up all the way! The remote is nice and simple. My favorite part is with a touch of a button, you can increase dialogue audio (labeled "news" on the remote) so you can actually understand what someone is saying without turning the sound up(and then getting blasted by commercial music or some other sound effect.) All in all, couldn't be happier and will never be able to go back to sub standard TV speakers again!
