I picked this up to improve the audio from my TV, and it does the job well. Setup was pretty straightforward – just connected it via HDMI ARC, and I was good to go. No issues there. The sound quality is definitely an upgrade over the TV speakers. Voices are clearer, and the bass is decent, though it’s not booming like a full-on surround system. For regular TV watching, it’s more than enough. The sound modes (movie, music, etc.) are nice touches, though I tend to stick with the default settings most of the time. The design is sleek and doesn’t take up too much space, which is a bonus. I also like the Bluetooth feature for streaming music when I’m not watching TV. It can also be used as two free standing speakers with about six feet of separation. Overall, it’s a solid soundbar at a reasonable price, definitely better than stock TV audio. Worth it if you’re looking for a simple upgrade.

Very satisfied with this pair of sound bars. There are three options for connections: bluetooth, optical and audio jack. Set up for all of these options is quick and easy, especially if you are already familiar with connecting other devices to your television. Included instructions were easy to follow. I struggled a bit but it was only due to the fact that I wasn’t knowledgeable about my tv’s settings. I had activated one PCM setting not realizing that my tv also had another PCM setting which was not active but needed to be. After I realized this, it was smooth sailing. The sound bar enhances the audio from my tv. Sound can be further customized by choosing “news”, “music” or “movie” on the remote included with the sound bar. Other bluetooth devices can be used with the sound bar, as well. My iPhone easily connected and worked seamlessly with this sound bar. The pair of sound bars can be placed together horizontally or placed apart and positioned vertically with the included stands. Once set up my tv allows for the sound bar to turn on and off simultaneously when the tv is turned on/off which I like. No need to have to remember to turn on peripheral devices along with the tv to get the enhanced sound experience.
