For streaming devices (e.g., ROKU Box, Fire Stick, etc.), you must also set the audio output format to "PCM/Stereo/Non-Surround" in the settings. Otherwise, there may be static noise or no sound at all. Additional remote compatible with Roku TV or Roku Express can be provided as per your request, which is compatible with most Roku TV brands, but not compatible with insignia/Sharp, etc. When I’m streaming anything on my TV. my soundbar either cuts out or just gives me static and crackling.
