It ok, nothing more. Not that comfortable, vibration can be felt just ok, heat takes for ever to feel. Use it in car. Kept it for the little vibration I get to help with circulation, but would not buy again. No recommended if your looking for a reasonable message feeling.

Same as above tite it's awesome and my husband had major freak accident in industrial construction not his fault but accident do happen everywhere when you least expect it and he is a Ironworker and for him to say it helps with his pain he still deals with like most Ironworkers have because there job is so physically demanding it is really 5 stars and excellent price to thank you amazon!! Gets the massage job done but not comfortable to sit on for long periods of time( If you’re more on the skinny side or don’t have much of a butt like myself). The “vibration balls” inside the massage pad are hard and hurt to sit on when the massage unit is not in use ! I would add more cushion for sitting and lounging comfort !

Overall it's a really comfortable setup, it's not enough to send you off to sleep but it does relax me and stops me getting that horrible ache after a few motorway miles in the middle of the day. It does come with a normal plug to so you can plug it in at home if needed, but for me, it works great as it is in the car.

I got this for my Mom. When I went to visit her I tried it. It isnt a massage mat by any means. You can feel it vibrate but it doesn't relieve any tension. It would be great if it had the rotating balls.
