Overall it's a really comfortable setup, it's not enough to send you off to sleep but it does relax me and stops me getting that horrible ache after a few motorway miles in the middle of the day. I got this for my Mom. When I went to visit her I tried it. It isnt a massage mat by any means. You can feel it vibrate but it doesn't relieve any tension. It would be great if it had the rotating balls.
