This became a project to get set up but that was due to my having to upgrade some things and a bit of user error. I reached out to customer service when I needed to replace a part (user error) and they were very responsive. The cardboard guide that came with it made it easy to align the seat. You have to push these rubber pieces through the holes where the seat bolts go which took some elbow grease and coaxing to get them in. I love the very warm seat and warm water. The jet isn't as strong as my previous one but that just means I need to use it for 20-30 more sec, which is not a problem with the warm water. My previous one could power wash paint off the side of a house. This one is gentler yet still effective. The dryer is about as strong as a gentle breeze so still keep your TP handy. The top lid popping up on its own, and remembering not to manually close it, took a little getting used to but it's kind of cool. The seat itself can be manually lifted for guys who don't sit when they pee. My sink sits in front of the toilet, so the lid pops up every time I need to use my sink. For that reason, I wish there were a way to shut this feature off and just open and close it manually. I do like the light inside the bowl, which is not obtrusively bright, for finding everything in the middle of the night. The noise level is minimal and the remote is handy because I don't use the controls on the side of the unit since you can't see what buttons you need to push. Very satisfied so far.

The media could not be loaded. This smart toilet seat has completely upgraded my bathroom experience. The moment you walk up to it, the lid automatically opens — it’s such a cool and convenient touch. The motion sensor works perfectly every time. The seat heating is quick and adjustable, and the bidet functions are excellent — very customizable with different water temperatures and pressures. The soft-close lid and gentle night light are thoughtful details that make it feel truly premium. Installation was simple and only took about half an hour. The remote control is intuitive, and everything about the design feels modern and hygienic. If you’ve been curious about trying a smart toilet seat, this one is absolutely worth it. Once you experience it, you’ll never want to go back to a regular seat again!

The media could not be loaded. This is the third bidet seat I bought and it's the best we have had. It only took me 15 minutes to install. Everything needed was in the box. The controls are simple and easy to adjust., the remote is easy to navigate too. The water flow is perfect and very effective, we all enjoy the comfortable cleaning process. The seat is a great design as well, and the auto open/close option is an A plus. We are very happy with this purchase. I do highly recommend this product.

Had to return first one as it was covered in a thin film of dust and lid didn’t auto close. The replacement worked perfectly, great quality product and reasonable price. Some of the parts are fiddly when assembling!

Thoughtfully designed and reasonably priced. My first was a Toto. It lasted 3 years. It was OK. Second was a Bio Bidet. It was huge and complicated. It lasted 7 years. I took a chance on the Sosh and so far, no regrets. First off, it is simple, understated and low profile. I like that it doesn't look like you are about to expose vulnerable anatomy to an over engineered mechanical butt scrubber. The remote is simple and easy to understand. Do you really need 30 buttons with cryptic icons to launch what should be a pretty simple process? The self-opening/closing lid is a bonus. I like that when I walk in it seems happy to see me! Like all of these devices, the "dryer" is designed for someone with way more patience than I'll ever possess. Very easy to install. It has the best mounting system of any that I have encountered and all the comfort and functionality you should expect. I appreciate the refreshing minimalist design. I'll let you know how well it holds up.

I have had this installed for 2 days and its a really fun and good product. All you need to do is hook up the water line and plug it in after the seat bracket and its up and running. The lid opens every time we walk in the bathroom and this makes the entire process very easy and luxurious. I did a lot of research and this is a very nice product. Sleek and stylish.

The seat stopped working within a few weeks, and it seems like a possible motor issue. What makes it worse is that when I reached out to Amazon, they told me to contact the seller, who then directed me back to Amazon; leaving me stuck in a loop with no way to get help.
