This became a project to get set up but that was due to my having to upgrade some things and a bit of user error. I reached out to customer service when I needed to replace a part (user error) and they were very responsive. The cardboard guide that came with it made it easy to align the seat. You have to push these rubber pieces through the holes where the seat bolts go which took some elbow grease and coaxing to get them in. I love the very warm seat and warm water. The jet isn't as strong as my previous one but that just means I need to use it for 20-30 more sec, which is not a problem with the warm water. My previous one could power wash paint off the side of a house. This one is gentler yet still effective. The dryer is about as strong as a gentle breeze so still keep your TP handy. The top lid popping up on its own, and remembering not to manually close it, took a little getting used to but it's kind of cool. The seat itself can be manually lifted for guys who don't sit when they pee. My sink sits in front of the toilet, so the lid pops up every time I need to use my sink. For that reason, I wish there were a way to shut this feature off and just open and close it manually. I do like the light inside the bowl, which is not obtrusively bright, for finding everything in the middle of the night. The noise level is minimal and the remote is handy because I don't use the controls on the side of the unit since you can't see what buttons you need to push. Very satisfied so far.

Really happy with this bidet seat. It was easy to install, the remote is simple to use, and the warm water and dryer work great. The auto-opening lid is a nice touch too. Very comfortable and convenient for everyday use.

I initially got this for it's auto close feature. Someone in the house forgets to close the lid and I ALWAYS end up dropping stuff in the toilet. This has a function that opens the lid when someone gets close to it (doesn't seem to go off when my cats walk by which is good) and after a minute of no motion it auto closes. Love the feature. Makes the device worth it right there. My one gripe in my whole review is here. There is no way to set the sensitivity of the motion sensor so even if I don't need to go and just want to use the sink or shower it'll open. Definitely not a major deal but that is my reason for giving this a 4/5. Everything else works flawlessly. It was super easy to install (assuming you have a plug power near by). The bidet has its own tank that warms the water based on three temp choices. There is a night light that can be turned on and off and the seat warms based on three different settings. The actual bidet function works very well and offers different strengths and you can adjust the position of the sprayer. It also has a dryer which is super fancy. And the best part is none of these features are loud which makes cleanup a discreet process.

Stopped working entirely after 3 months. I had a Brondel for 10 years. This was on sale for 3/5ths the price of the Brondel equivalent and had decent reviews. It worked okay for 3 months, almost to the day. Then it shut down altogether and is unresponsive. I have to buy another bidet. Not worth it. At all.

I didn't realize how much I needed this until I started using it. I recently had a hemorrhoid flare_up, the warm water feature has been a huge relief. It feels gentle, cleans well. I like being able to adjust the water pressure and temperature. The dryer is also nice. After a few days of usung it, bathroom trips became much more comfortable and the soreness was noticeable better. This is one of those purchases that feels a little unnecessary at first, but once you have it, you wonder why you waited so long.
