The media could not be loaded. This is the third bidet seat I bought and it's the best we have had. It only took me 15 minutes to install. Everything needed was in the box. The controls are simple and easy to adjust., the remote is easy to navigate too. The water flow is perfect and very effective, we all enjoy the comfortable cleaning process. The seat is a great design as well, and the auto open/close option is an A plus. We are very happy with this purchase. I do highly recommend this product.

The auto open and close lid is a nice touch - kind of funny at first, but you get used to it quickly. It opens when you walk up and closes when you're done, which actually keeps things a bit cleaner. The seat warms up fast and feels great, especially on cold mornings. The built-in light is handy at night too. Installation was easier than I thought - everything was in the box, though you do need a plug nearby. The water heats instantly, so you don't have to deal with any cold shocks. The wash and dryer features both work well, and you can adjust the water pressure and temperature with the remote. It takes a little playing around to find your favorite settings, but once you do, it's really comfortable. The remote is simple enough to use and comes with a little wall mount, which helps keep it out of the way. The seat itself looks nice and feels sturdy. **Pros:** * Heated seat and night light are nice extras * Auto lid actually works well * Instant warm water * Easy setup **Cons:** * Needs a nearby outlet * Dryer could be a bit stronger I'm the only one in the house that will use the actual bidet functions. This thing is awesome! I love love love the heated seat, you don’t realize you need one until you have it. you can also adjust the water temp You do have to have an electrical outlet to plug it into. The nightlight and auto open is also great so you don’t have to blind yourself in the middle of the night turning in the bathroom light. Super easy to install.

Thoughtfully designed and reasonably priced. My first was a Toto. It lasted 3 years. It was OK. Second was a Bio Bidet. It was huge and complicated. It lasted 7 years. I took a chance on the Sosh and so far, no regrets. First off, it is simple, understated and low profile. I like that it doesn't look like you are about to expose vulnerable anatomy to an over engineered mechanical butt scrubber. The remote is simple and easy to understand. Do you really need 30 buttons with cryptic icons to launch what should be a pretty simple process? The self-opening/closing lid is a bonus. I like that when I walk in it seems happy to see me! Like all of these devices, the "dryer" is designed for someone with way more patience than I'll ever possess. Very easy to install. It has the best mounting system of any that I have encountered and all the comfort and functionality you should expect. I appreciate the refreshing minimalist design. I'll let you know how well it holds up.

This bidet seat is a game changer. Having a warm nightlight and the warm seat in your bathroom is such a nice touch to start with, especially in cold winter days. Not to mention everything else that I can be personalized with this toilet seat. The installation took about an hour including the old seat. The water temperature is easily adjustable. I’m surprised to see the water temperature change immediately upon command with the remote. Water pressure is also adjustable with three various settings. Overall, this is a such a royal experience. Pleased with these purchase.
