This was super easy to put together. They say it can hold up to 370 lbs -- I would mistrust that. They don't tell you what it's made of! I think it's pretty sturdy, but I wouldn't count on it holding up to much abuse for too long. It folds and has a sturdy "board" to put in the bottom and the top holds everything in place. I put it at the foot of my bed to help my dog get onto the bed (it's great for that!) and also to sit on occasionally when I'm dressing;. It doesn't wobble when I sit gently on it. It holds a lot for its size. I bought a "used-like new" one and it had noticeable damage on one corner of the lid. Hardly like new. But, for my needs, I decided to keep it and just turn that side to the bed. ... show more
