The shoe part of the rack is great and super helpful! However, the top coat rack is very unstable and has already broken off twice in as many days. If there were support poles similar to the top shoe rack, it would be much better. Overall, I’m not happy but not unhappy with the product. Would not buy again if given the option. After getting in contact with the company, we figured out the problem. The top is more along the lines of a hat and scarf rack instead of coats. It was never meant to hold a lot of weight, which was why mine was breaking. Thanks for all the help!!!

It was easy enough to put together and was rather useful. I didn't realize it was plastic and rather fragile. It would bow at the weight of our helmets (didn't matter if it was just my son's riding helmet on it) it's really only good for ball caps or hats. The each row could hold 4 pairs of shoes which I was greatful for. I made good use of it for about 2 years but after that the wear and tear made the shelves soft and bow as well. I should have been more mindful of the quality of the materials but that's my fault. All in all, it does what it says. It's rather cheaply made and subpar quality but it did what it could for me for 2 years and help organize my front door walk way.

This is very cheaply made. It holds almost no weight. 4 jackets and 2 sweaters will tip it over! The bars bend and break easily. The only good part is the shoe storage. Recommend looking for something else!

I had mixed feelings about buying this based on the reviews but for the price I tried it knowing that it would most likely be wobbly I ordered wall brackets to hold it up just in case but to my surprise I didn’t need them, this is super sturdy for what it is as you can see it hold quite a bit without wanting to tip over, it went together easy only suggestion is use a hammer to tap the bars together to get them tight enough or it sits un level but once it’s tight it’s great Took me about 30 minutes to put together would def recommend

The media could not be loaded. Sooo perfect so cute I love it so much!! It’s very big and fits a lot. I have a lot of stuff so I’m glad it can fit everything it’s so much bigger and better than the last one I had. It was hard to put together but the end result is perfect! It’s very tall as well!

This may work for a single or 2 person family. It was not what we needed for a 5/6 person household. For the price I guess I got what I paid for. It does have the space to hold a lot but it does not hold up under the weight of winter coats. As I could not replace it immediately I used duct tape to hold it together on the top (that lasted for a couple weeks before continuing to fall apart) and due to it being very light weight we had to zip tie it to the banister to stay upright.
