If you are having issues with the pens reach out to them. They are an upstanding company that really reads and responds to our concerns. After one use the tips on both stopped working. Nice paint pens but I ordered white and received black. Luckily I also ordered another brand at the same time so I could finish my project. The label on the box says they are white but they are clearly black.
