Finally got this installed, much easier than I expected. It has a very decent appearance, especially at some windy days. These colorful flame make me feel bright. Another wonderful thing is it is uses electricity. We have solar panels installed, now we do not need to burn wood with our old wood burner, instead, enjoy the warmth in a more environmentally friendly way. I am so happy about this purchase and I will recommend this to my neighbors who are also looking for electric heaters. Absolutely stunning once installed. It does output heat and you can change the colors of the flames/lights. One complaint I will point out is that you do have to point the remote in the correct direction/angle otherwise it does not register. But overall very happy with purchase.

Looks pretty slick in the wall, puts off enough heat to help on really cold evenings and sets the ambiance. At first the remote wouldnt work, but I had already installed and somehow the remote works now after a few hours of being plugged in.

The media could not be loaded. I uncovered the fireplace and from the beginning I noticed that something was not right. I noticed that the fireplace was dented. besides the pieces are uncomfortable and do not light. it is in very bad condition.
