So if you’d like to add a topper underneath there’s definitely room to do so! To me it just gives a clear look than non fitted pads that lay on top. It made my office look luxurious. I’m the oil from my massage sessions stains the pad even though they lay on sheets. I have to wipe the pad really hard do that the oil stains don’t remain. Otherwise, I live it. It fits over my 3 cushioned pads on my massage table.
