I was worried this mat would interfere with the spin on my x-stage, because the base of the pole is wider than a ceiling mounted pole- but it fits perfectly! I can still spin, and it fits nicely within the diameter of the stage too. One star off, because the mat is quite hard. It will probably last well because of how firm it is, but the only thing this mat will protect you from is maybe a bruise from whacking your foot on the stage.
