If you are not mechanically inclined, you will need to find someone to build this system. I put it together but mainly because I figured it out. The directions are absolutely terrible. Other than that, it seems strong and will do the purpose I bought it for. Update: I have used this product for a couple of weeks and I must say that this is a sturdy piece of equipment. However, once I get pass the 100lb weights, I wonder if I will be able to add heavier weights. I will contact customer service before doing so. But this is definitely worth it.

The instructions are not instructions, they are 7 pictures with no explanations about what pieces go where. Despite that, it wad assembled successfully, but onevofvthe weights was not included, so there's only 90lb instead of the advertised 100

I do not write negative reviews but this is just not a good first impression. At first I wanted a refund because everything didn't come together but it's not shipped by amazon even though it's on "Prime Shipping". You're forced to go through their customer support and response is a days time. Then you have to wait until the full set comes in enable to send it back and wait until they receive it to get a refund. It's very unfortunate but I was unable to like this. Directions are pictures and they're mashed together. Nothing is labeled except for the bolts and washers. One of the chains was too short to clip on to the bottom line so I had to chain link the 2 chains it comes with. The 2nd chain is for the bottom line where you do leg lifts and curls. Also no tools are provided nor the socket sizes of the bolts. I used a breaking bar and ratchet. You definitely need deep sockets as well. I thought they'd at least provide a mini wrench to hold the bolt in place. Due to the chain missing for the bottom there's too much tension for the bicep curls which resulted in the clip getting caught on the middle arm rest piercing through it and tearing it. You're forced to pick it up from the front and walk it over to sit down. This is due to that missing chain that I had to use because the other wasn't long enough. The 2 arms of the chest press hit the middle arm rest for bicep curls... I tore the leather already... I noticed the product also came with quite a bit of dust and the poles that hold the weight used and rusted at the ends. Finger prints that weren't mine and cosmetic defects. It makes me think I got somebody's return because they couldn't put it together and left things out? So that makes me think I got a used product for something I paid to get "new". Directions should definitely be clearer and everything labeled. I'm a hands on person and enjoy little projects but if you're not this type of person, I don't recommend this. You'll find yourself trying to figure things out on your own. I'm 5'9 or 69 inches or 175.26cm. This is a small compact machine and I'm in discomfort when using it. If you're over this or have a big build, I don't recommend this for you. Their customer support is rapid as I asked for shipping updates/pdf of the instructions. I haven't contacted them on this matter because at this point I don't want to tear it down and box everything up to send it back. Have at least a couple hours to sit down and figure everything out. Can't believe I wasted $453.64 and can't enjoy this. Last time I splurge on myself. Good luck
