I absolutely love this waist trainer. I like that I can wrap it around my stomach and get every part. It doesn’t hurt or don’t feel uncomfortable. I wear mines almost everyday for a couple of hours I see results just by wearing it.

I’m gonna start of first with what I like about it. It’s snatches in the waist really well to give that hourglass figure. It’s also cool cause you can always adjust how and where you want it tighter at etc. there are a couple things I didn’t like. You can kind see in the last picture it makes the back fat stand out, now it’s not really noticeable here because I put my arm up to show y’all the wrap but when my arm goes down it ain’t pretty. I do wish the manufacture would make the material thinner, you could get away with wearing tight clothes in this depending on the material but the wrap bulges where the Velcro is so you can’t wear bodysuits etc. I also saw some reviews saying it dug into there skin, wraps or waist trainers are not meant to be worn straight against the skin. You need to have some kind of coverage under it. I wore it with a spaghetti strap and had no issues. It’s been a rough year and I’ve gained a lot of weight, I bought this just to help with my self esteem while I work to get the weight off. This is not something I would wear everyday and especially wouldn’t work out in it because in my opinion there isn’t much movement you can do in this. Though I will say it does help with posture.

If you're not already an hourglass type shape, this item will not magically make you an hourglass. This will not drastically change your natural shape like expected in advertising. I've been trying to read reviews to find a good wrap like this, but was thoroughly disappointed. It was very hard to start wrapping because you make a loop then you need to tightly wrap around you which is tricky to start. I'm only 5' tall, have a little extra on me after 2 kids and life, but I'm not a big girl and have a slight hourglass shape, and after messing with this thing for a few minutes to get it wrapped up tight around my short torso, it left a little bulge in the middle of my stomach which I wasn't too bad. It felt very tight like a corset which took a minute to get used to, so I tested it and sat down slowly and the wraps started rolling and bunching up. Once they bunch up they're all overlapping each other so it's not easy to straighten them out, and the bottom started folding up where it sat near the top of my hips. I wore it for a total of 10 minutes before deciding this wasn't going to work for me. It's best to stick to a tank top or shaper shorts, something that's one piece and won't bunch up. Very disappointed.

This wrap is GREAT! I’m in control with how tight or loose I want it & where I want the most coverage. Sometimes I’ll wrap up higher to get my bra fat, other times I’ll go lower to get my lower stomach, or both! It’s long enough to wrap trouble areas twice. It’s very comfortable I don’t feel choked & it doesn’t mess with my skin. I bought this for post op lipo & it’s keeping me SNATCHED. I machine wash it then air dry.

I was skeptical at first when ordering this but I’ve ordered so many things looking for something to help this extra fluff I keep accumulating. Blah. Anyway. This wraps around you and it’s easy to put on and adjust where you want. It does leave a little pudge where it ends. It does roll up sometimes. But I tell you I can get it so tight when I sit I can’t breathe. And I also have a hiatal hernia so I have to adjust it. But I love the ability to rearrange it and adjust it as needed. I can’t attest to a slimmer waist bc I don’t use it as often as I should
