    • Controller doesn't work
My controller doesn't work, so I tried another controller I had, and it also didn't work. Don't know if it's the system or the controllers, but I'm not able to play any games. May send back.

Loved it, however, the controllers do not seem to look like the original SONY ones. They didn’t have any SONY on them and it seemed quite compatible but still, I prefer the original controllers.

Only thing wrong was the controller. Was different from what I had. Duel shock controllers don't work on this console

    • Disk cover doesn't close
Once the cover is opened it doesn't latch closed again. There's a broken spring or something in the mechanism that secures the cover, and it won't run with the cover open. It seems to mostly work if you put something on top of it to hold the cover closed -- hopefully it isn't causing further damage to do so. Obvious problem with the unit.
