The console coming in a functional state was already worth 4 stars for me, but they sent a shockingly good battery along with it. When I tested lightly against a 3rd party battery that I bought as a backup, the one that came with the PSP actually outperforms it in terms of charge capacity and standby discharge time, which I wasn't expecting. Like, for a refurb console I was expecting a battery that's in pretty bad condition or otherwise might need a replacement within months, but it just wasn't the case, it's practically good as new. I did have to buy my own memory stick (I expected this and I wanted to make sure I had a large one anyways), so if storage is an issue for you, you might want to consider that first thing. The console is in fine condition with a few scratches and a yellowing 'vignette' in the screen corners, but I couldn't care less as long as I'm saving something from the eternal eWaste pile. ... show more

I was afraid at first to order this item I read lots of reviews before I chose this seller. I am very impressed my psp came earlier than was supposed to l opened the box which also held a charger. The psp is lovely it's clean has no scratches it actually looks new I charged it immediately and watched a movie on it which played perfectly. Came with lines on the screen when screen starts up, looks like the leds for the screen are broken, also can’t connect to anything tried factory reset and it still didn’t help the problem

PSP worked, but the battery it came with was faulty and would not charge past 0%. Had to order another battery from a different vendor, but the PSP charged fine with the new battery.

The moment I got the package I knew I was gonna write this out but it was it in very secure packaging to avoid any damage which made me happy. Delivered earlier than expected which was great. There are a few scratches on the screen and a lot on the silver portion in the back. It was also advertised that I would receive two batteries, but I only received one. Otherwise, the PSP works fine.
