The product was clean. No visible damages. The lid to cover the game is off kilter and will not stay closed. The console itself makes a loud whirring noise. Only half of the equipment in the photo description was delivered Read other reviews on the shipper. I wish I would have!

It works really good, it reads disks, controllers, memory cards, and the av cables. The only issue is I don't get audio, but I don't know if it's the cable converter or the cables themselves. Just happy it works.
