Ultimately pleased but more detail as to why it was sold as refurbished would've been nice. All four units were dented on the top. I realized they wouldn't be perfect and they seem to work just fine, so I guess that's the price of not buying new. In general, the system works wonderfully. I found that it was insufficient without the subwoofer so I bought one of those separately, but together, it's an amazing auditory experience. Aesthetically pleasing in comparison to others. Setup really can't get any easier. In terms of sound, I really doubted the reviews considering the unusual shape but I'm definitely a believer now! Sony has the best sound processing out there. The sound while watching movies or even YouTube videos is crystal clear.
