Originally factory packed, not opened or tampered with. Simply factory defective nothing to do with the seller. Upon arrival, I reviewed all items and upon encountering the tripod, I immediately called The Pixel Connection. Two prompts and alas an actual human being. After explaining my findings and submitting a photo of the item, the customer service representative (name withheld as I didn’t ask for permission to post) immediately offered a replacement along with a return shipping label for the defective item. Sony nex-5 was the first ever mirroless camera i had gotten and always upgraded with only Sony because the performance and quality for the price is a plus for me. It was time to upgrade from the Sony a7r3 i had since 2019 or so. The Sony a7rv has AI, it has amazing track focus, image quality at 61 megapixels is out of this world, and im so happy they made the viewfinder as touchscreen and can be positioned so many different ways. it is slighty heavier and bigger than the a7r3, but thats a sligh inconvenience for me. Ill be using this mostly for pictures, i have not tried videos yet in it. ... show more
