The media could not be loaded. I purchased this item under the assumption it would be of "very good" quality, and it worked fine for a time. However after only about 90 days the device has started to make an awful rattling noise. Whether from improper quality control or shipping -- the item does not work as advertised. Now, despite the assurance on the page that there was some sort of warranty, after spending hours talking to Amazon and Sonos, they both told me that I cannot get a refund or replacement. I’ve always lived in apartments or townhouses where I’ve never felt comfortable with any sound systems. The bass really starts thumping at louder volumes than probably talk TV levels. I saw this is compatible with the newest 300s. Our TV is old so we are using optical, but at some point we will upgrade to an eArc compatible TV.     • It does its job but wasnt blown away
Its a replacement for the standard tv speaker. It sounds very clear when playing low volume to loud. You can clearly hear what people are saying when they talk. I may have expected too much based on its price but its not surround sound nice - still good though. I would price this around 300-500 range. Definitely dont believe its worth its full retail price ... show more
