The quality seems decent, but I was missing the mounting stuff for the coat rack. The cam locks do not really fit into the holes on the bench so this made this surprisingly hard to assemble

There is mold growing out of bench. Wood must not have been sprayed correctly in manufacturing. It is also very small and not sturdy even though it says will hold a certain weight. Very disappointed since I have only had this 31 days. The return window closes after 30 days. So very sad.

I recently purchased Coat Rack and Shoe Bench Set for our entryway and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. This piece of entryway furniture has made our doorway so much more organized and opened up space. I love it so much. The shipping process was just as easy as ordering it. The package arrived on time, and the packaging was impeccable—no dents, scratches, or missing pieces in sight. Plus, the assembly process was a breeze. The instructions were crystal clear and straightforward, and it looked exactly like the photo once put together. The five double metal hooks provide ample space for hanging jackets, hats, scarves, keys, anything you need to hang up. And the three-tier bamboo shoe rack is sturdy, durable, and can accommodate all the shoes my family wears throughout the week. No more tripping over scattered shoes by the door. I can easily sweep and vacuum the hallway without having to move and mate shoes. One of my favorite features is the shelf above the shoe rack. It's perfect for storing keys, sunglasses, or even displaying a small potted plant. Having everything neatly organized in one place has made our mornings so much smoother. This set has helped my entryway be clutter free, but it also adds a touch of style to the space. It's a practical yet chic addition to any home. I really liked the quality of the bench and coat rack. They are made of solid wood and seem sturdy and strong. I like how you can use these as a set or separately. I have the bench by my front door and the coat rack in my kids room. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase.

My husband stated the screw holes were not lined up, therefore it was extremely difficult to put this shoe rack bench together. Please see pictures attached. My husband put the rack completely together and decided if it break further he will take it apart and return to sender.
