    • The igniter is kind of twitchy but once lit using a separate small lighter, the torch works fine.

I hooked it up to a new propane tank and it worked fine for about 15 minutes. Then the igniter trigger stopped working. It works about once every ten tries. I tried letting the propane tank cool off and even tried a different propane tank with no luck. Finally, I got a cigarette lighter, the kind which have a 4 inch extended wand on them to keep your hand away from the flame, and was able to use this to light the torch. It lights right away so this solves the problem. It's not a big deal and once lit the torch gives out a serious flame. For this price, I decided to keep the torch and accept the igniter glitch. ... show more

Ignition is a breeze: just pull the trigger to spark it up instantly—no matches or lighters required. Once lit, the knob on the barrel lets you dial in the perfect flame size, from a focused hot blue jet for precise searing to a bigger roar for lighting charcoal or campfires quickly. The flame is insanely hot, adjustable, and consistent—no flickering or issues so far. It’s way more powerful and reliable than any butane torch I’ve owned.
