Brand new tank. Came with all the necessary stamps for having it swapped/refilled locally. Product is great. Packed well. Arrived in good shape. Shipping time kept getting extended. FedEx left it sitting at a depot in Georgia for days. Required a signature, so I wasted a lot of time waiting for changing designated delivery dates.
