I was skeptical after reading the reviews. Yes, the jacket is extremely thin, but if you pay attention to the details in the picture like the opening of the arm, you can tell it is. I knew it would be buying this. BUT with that being said, I ordered this for an event and it was 24° outside. I was in a dress so obviously I was cold, but it surprisingly kept my arms fairly warm. Im giving a 3 star review because reading the description it should have been longer. And the sleeves came up a bit when I would move my arm a certain way. I'm 5 foot 9, so it sat more above my hips than it should have. Another reason is because of the fitting. I love the fact that it has some stretch to it, but you do need to size up like I did. All and all, I do not think $45 is a good price, I'd be happier spending $25-30, but with that being said it was comfortable, it kept me warmer than I expected to, and mine looked like the picture, which I was happy about. It's cute, it's stylish, I bought it to make my cocktail dress a little more casual, and it looked fabulous ... show more

I bought the 4x PLUS SIZE and it fit like it was more like a 1x PLUS size jacket. Yes the material is thin and etc. It is NOT true to size sizing.. It's SMALLER. WAY SMALLER. SO IF YOU'RE A 4X PLUS SIZE IN OTHER CLOTHES, THIS WILL NOT FIT ACROSS THE SHOULDERS AS IT'S TOO TIGHT TO BE COMFORTABLE AND CAN'T ZIP IT UP EITHER. ... show more
