Great product

    • Poor Engineering, Poor Quality!
I strive to buy USA made products and have owned SOLO products in the past with great success but this back pack sprayer is poorly engineered! After opening the box on New back pack SOLO sprayer the cap will not screw down without cross threading, the handle that pumps up pressure would not align correctly with the holes intended because handle shaft is to long, the pathetic shoulder straps have two cross buckles one for your waist and the other came across the front of my throat choking me without the weight of water in it at it's lowest set point. After an hour trying to figure out how to modify the handle and shoulder strap cross chest fastener I noticed the cap would not screw on without cross threading and I knew then I was sending it back! Very frustrated in this American made product that is clearly poorly engineered! For a quality Made in USA backpack sprayer check out the Chapin commercial grade back pack sprayer! Seller was great with Fast Shipping and easy return! Complaint only with the SOLO product! Don't waste your time and money! ... show more

    • The sprayer is heavy when full and difficult to put on the shoulder.

    • Good quality
A well made product. Good quality and affordable. My only disagreement is the waist ban the straps go to us a pain but nothing that would make me not buy again.

    • Manufacturer Solo Products Un reachable
When removing tank from packaging (Box) I found a piece of broken plastic on the bottom, found it was a piece of the shoulder strap adjustment. Notified Amazon which handed me off to Solo of Newport News VA. Called twice in one week and left messages with no response back from them, even the sales Dept. doesn't answer the phone. After 2 weeks I have resorted to rigging the strap to make it usable. ... show more

    • The straps came apart after the first use
The straps came unsewn after the first use. Also, these strap are not very comfortable and i think the standard straps well they have less padding offer a more comfortable carrying experience.

    • Leaks after just a few uses....do not buy
Bought a year ago. Used about 5 times. Now it is leaking. I have to rebuild the pump and get a special tool from SOLO. Shoulder strap design is terrible. Just buy a Home Depot sprayer for $10 and throw it away for this price. NO MORE SOLO FOR ME.
