I purchased my first Scanpan about a year ago. Since that time, I am slowly replacing 40-year-old Calphalon skillets, and other cookware in two houses with Scanpans. I love the shape of this pot. I bought it to replace the same size soup pot. I wasn’t sure at first if I was going to like this shape, but I have found it very versatile. I absolutely love it. One of the things I love about Scanpan is you can use metal utensils with it if you wish. Also, it is so easy to clean. Many of my skillets I simply wipe clean.

I love this pan I use it almost every day. It is huge, I wasn't ready for how big it was. Perfect for sautéing, making soups and stews. I steam vegetables in it. I make Bolognese in it and skillet lasagna. Nothing sticks to it, everything sears well in it. I can't stress enough how awesome scan pans are.

I bought this for my daughter-in-law for Christmas 2018. She raved so much that I had to buy one for my wife. She raves about it as well. Likely now the most used pan in our kitchen. It even does double duty as a 'fry' pan on a lot of occasions.

This product line by scanpan is all 5 star Takes up to 500 ⁰, can use metal utensils (May leave inconsequential slight marks, which 'go away' after a few cleanings). Cleanup is a breeze, like doing a dish - nothing sticks to it, we have tried everything. We now have 6 scan pans, and everyone is charactized by great design and v well made - worth the $. They seem to heat up slower than all clad, but a small issue. How long will the stick free surface keep? That remains to be seen. A great product.

The food that comes out of it is good so I guess it's doing its job! My wife says it's her cooking, but I think the pan may be magic... Don't you need a magic pan?

I love my Scanpan for just about everything. 99% of my items do not stick. The only items that I have found that stick are fried potatos, eggs, and thick bacon. I talked to Scanpan and they couldn't answer my question of why these 3 items stick in the pan. I cook on medium heat and spray with Pam, but the darn things still stick. But I still love them.
