If I could give a half star I would, but I’ll round up to a five star. Just finished assembling this set. It is overall a good buy for the money. A little trial and error with no instructions. Also if you have a clamp to squeeze the top together before the bolts that connect the back to the sides I recommend using it to get it tight. I also spray painted the screws gray vs black so it would look more upscale. I also recommend scotchguard sun and weather application if these will get affected by elements as mine will. ... show more

Looks nice when put together but that was more then I bargained for. Just one chair has 4 pieces and 20 screws with nuts and bolts. I won’t order a set again that requires that much work.

I read the reviews about assembly and took most of the advice. First, I laid out each piece with washers, screws and lug nuts. Never tighten each screw until all are in place. If you did, it would be lopsided. Common sense people! The color is a nice gray and pillows are of good quality. The set is under a covered patio that will get some blown in rain every now and then. All comments from friends are positive. Would buy again. It took this 61 year old lady 10 hours by myself. ... show more

Be warned that you cannot return this without astronomical fees!!! The set is $500. I put together a chair a realized it’s is not comfortable (cushions are a joke, missing screws) and it is really small. I set up a return. Since it is a third party seller, the fee is $55 per box (it comes in 2 boxes) and a $250 restocking fee!!! $360 to return something that costs $500. Amazon has not been helpful since it’s a third party seller. As a loyal amazon customer who has spent thousands over the years you would think they would be sympathetic. No. Buyer beware.... you better love it. You’re stuck with it. ... show more

I realize it's been 3 years, but I needed to send this review. The wicker on the arms of one of the chairs is completely unraveling. (it started last summer) The others will most likely do the same. The seat on this one also fell through. My husband had to make a seat from plywood to be able to sit on it. They are all discoloring very quickly as well. They are only out on our deck from May - Sept every year, and stored in a shed for the other months so I had hoped they would have lasted longer. Very disappointed. ... show more

the first impression of the patio set was incredible. It seem to be well built and comforatble. HOWEVER - after 2 rains, it started to drain bright orange rust water. It appears that the metal structure beneath the wicker is not coated. The rust water stained our white deck horribly.
