I placed this light pole in our backyard which was very dark at night. It lights up the yard area so we’ll and the dogs love it. I was able to do the full install by myself.

We love these lights so much. We live out in the country where there are no streetlights at all and it’s super frustrating to come home at night and there not be enough light around the house to see, which is why we bought multiple solar street lights for our yard. Instead of placing them on a pole, we just simply lay them around our house leaned up against it or a tree and we charge them in the sun everyday. The remote only works within 10 feet of lights. Also timer doesn’t work. Lights come on and stay on irregardless of remote choice. Lights work but are no where near as bright as pictured.
