I got these to illuminate a couple of regular signs (not real estate signs). I did my original research on these on the manufacturer's website, but got them from Amazon because the company that makes them did not have the quantity I needed on hand at the time. A little strange but they were the same price and still free shipping, so a good alternative. These come with a couple different clips so you can install flush on top of something horizontal like a frame or fence post, or hanging out a bit from a vertical surface such as fence slat or wall. For their little size, they are quite bright. They won't light up an entire wall, but I used two for a 42" wide sign and four for a 7' wide sign, and they seemed to do the trick. They do enough of the job so the sign is visible at night, and the batteries seem to last. (At least I haven't had any complaints over the last few months.) For the cost, these are a great little item to keep in the arsenal. When I was originally shopping for these on the manufacturer's website, I was estimating twice the cost because I thought they were sold as a single unit. The cost is actually for two lights, so you can't beat that. Thought I'd point that out so no one else makes that same mistake!

Great quality lighting. Soft white glow. Using ours to light our street number on side of house. The single unit light comes with a wall mounting kit, which is not included in the two-light kit. I was surprised to see the unit stays lit all night long compared to others that went just a few hours.

These worked well for accent lighting of our sign. Just what I was looking for. Easy to install and position with the adjustable brackets. Once winter hit, 2 months later, the batteries inside are not performing like they were in the Summer so had to replace them. These are made for outdoor use and should come with batteries that will work in all weather conditions. The on/off is a little unclear but dont over think it. Jist push the button as instructed. Otherwise happy with the product when they light up.

A few things:: Purchased black color, easy to install, Lights up all night even after cloudy day, looks good (is sleek, doesn't draw attention to the eye during the day), very happy with look and performance & would buy again.

Arrived undamaged and proceeded to charge by switching both units to "on" and placing in direct sun. After two days neither unit illuminated. Not at dust nor in total darkness. Since the push on/push off switch is a buried inside the case and provides NO indication of status (and is toggled by basically poking it with as a paper clip via a tiny access hole), there is no way to know if the unit is on or off. So I toggled the switches (one on each unit) and tried again. tested for 6 days total and changed the switching between each test. Both units failed to illuminate. Probably old and dead batteries, right? But there's no way to change them as these units are sealed. The unit had a QC sticker on it, so either the sticker is just another thing on the parts list or it worked when it left the factory, which was... who knows how many years ago? There is no date code or or anything to suggest when it was made or inspected (if it was inspected). Anything sold a battery, rechargeable or otherwise, should have a born-on date. I contact the company and they said the unit cannot be serviced and that since it was purchased through Amazon, I should return it to Amazon. So I did. Thank you Amazon for making that part easy!
