I tried to find some nice lights for my walkway in my front yard for MONTHS. I wanted something pretty, but waterproof, solar was preferred but not mandatory, and easy to set up. I spent so much time reading reviews of outdoor lights it made me feel crazy. I looked at pretty much every price range, style and idea out there. What really sold me on these was actually that they're super waterproof. So many of the walkway lights claim to be waterproof, but they aren't actually IP68, they have lesser ratings and the reviews complaining about water getting in those ones, rusting them, and killing them off were plentiful. I live in Florida on the beach and sometimes it just rains so hard here and small flooding can happen and high winds I just know in advance that anything not super hardy in my yard will die out really fast. I'm not interested in wasting money on lights every few months. This basically over time and much to my dismay removed every pretty looking light out there. They were either not bright enough, not waterproof enough, or rusted out quickly. After that I looked into wired ones, and they were chalk full of issues as well, mostly connectivity and shockingly brightness and that was on top of me knowing I would either have to figure out how to set them up or pay someone to do it for me which I didn't like the idea of either. I finally stumbled on these and ya they're not pretty, but they looked easy and bright and they're actually waterproof IP68 rated. I put them in the ground in all of 5 minutes it was so easy and they light up my walkway effortlessly and brightly. They stay super bright all night, which I know very intimately because I work nights and often put my trash out just before sunrise. I am so pleased. I still wish they cast pretty light patterns onto my walkway and looked like amazing little charming somethings in my yard, but at the end of the day practicality wins over things being pretty. These lights work great. I purchased 2x 8packs of these lights about 6 months ago. 1 light stopped working recently, but the rest are still going strong. Brightness is pretty good. Slightly less than I was expecting but still strong enough to make a difference. I have 8 of the lights shining up in the trees behind my house. We have had a ton of rain recently and that area is currently flooded in a foot of water. Half of the lights are completely submerged. The other half are floating around. It has been like this for days and all of the lights are still working with no issues. Just slightly reduced run time since they are getting less sunlight. The other half of the lights are shining up on the house. One of those lights stopped working within the last week. Not sure why but haven’t really investigated it. Overall I am happy with these lights and would buy them again. 4 stars due to a combination of brightness, the one light that went out, and cosmetics. I love these lights - they added a nice border to my mulched areas in front of my house. Definitely brightened up the entire front of my house, and they don’t take away from any of my plants! The stakes might bend so just make sure they go where you intend because I don’t think they should be taken out and moved a lot. I adjusted them a couple of times and they’re still fine though! They also have an extra set of stakes just in case one bends too much. Very cool set of lights. Would recommend! ... show more

One no longer works and warranty states after 12 months they will replace/repair. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new light. They are a good company and value their products and customers. I will order from this company again.

    • Inaccessible Company and Poor Plastic Material
The lights are bright and they do a great job of lighting up the edge of my garden and driveway. I was unimpressed with the plastic surrounding the lights. It is not high impact and it breaks easily. I am in my late 60's, not overly strong so I soaked the area I planned to install the lights. I thought they would easily drive into the ground. They did not. So I pulled them up and dug a hole for each light (similar to planting plants). I added a little more water, then gently pushed the light into the hole. I filled the hole with dirt as I evenly pushed down on the solar light. All lights worked for two days then two of them did not light up. I looked on line for company (Kdorrku) contact information. I could not find a phone number, an email, or a chat option to contact customer service. I looked at the instruction sheet included with the order. It identifies 3 common problems that will cause the lights to stop working. You can try to irradiate the solar lights with a strong light such as a flashlight or table lamp for 20 minutes so it will light up again. If the solar panel has been flooded, the circuit breaks and it cannot be lit. If the solar light receives a strong impact the polycrystalline panel breaks and it will not light up. If the product breaks the company will correspond with you within 1 year. But there is no way to correspond with the company. I was going to send the lights back mainly because of the no contact ability, but when I pulled them up for shipping, I realized the two lights that no longer lit up were broken - one light broken on the bottom and one broken along the side. I assume when I watered the garden, the lights flooded. Despite how carefully I tried to install the lights they still broke. It was my fault so I decided to keep the 6 lights that work well and next time I will find a different company for solar lights. ... show more
