The bladder quality is nice and not brittle as others can sometimes feel. While the colors are not quite as vibrant as the pictures, they’re still bold and grab attention. The quick connect fittings to install and remove the line makes assembly and cleaning simple. The zippers are pretty standard and appear to be durable. The mesh pouches on each shoulder strap provide additional storage of small items, making it ideal to hold a phone, pack of smokes, etc. The mouthpiece itself locks when not in use and has a dust cap as well, keeping all the water contained without leaks. Overall, 5 out of 5! Other, more expensive brands have not impressed me so much as this has, making it a good value for an item I will regularly use.

I bought this hydropack for Bonnaroo this year. I wanted a fun, colorful one that wasn't stupid expensive like the other more popular brands you can find at festivals. I was so happy with this thing. It looked cool, held plenty of water, and wasn't uncomfortable to wear. I was able to carry a couple things in the extra little pocket it has and the two mesh slots on the straps were perfect for my vape and walkie talkie. The cap on the end of the mouthpiece was awesome. Kept the mouthpiece clean and protected from the dust when I wasn't actively drinking. If you're looking for a more wallet friendly hydropack that still has the fun festival vibe, I would definitely recommend looking into Sojourners products.

When I received my hydration pack (in luminous - green), it had some small damage near the logo. I was bummed because the reflective material vibe was marred by it. I reached out directly to the Sojourner team (via email from contact card) with photos & screenshot of my amazon order showing delivery address & order #. Later the same day, they immediately sent a replacement for me, no return needed & no questions asked! I'll update this review once I actually use it more if there's any issues, but I felt that level of customer service plus the quality, so far as I can tell, deserves a 5 star review off the bat. Other than that small issue, the product feels high quality and I can tell they upgraded the water bladder/pouch compared to the older reviews/images I saw on amazon. See pictures included. The seams look and feel secure around the opening to fill with water. Due to joint pain/hand weakness, I am having trouble screwing it on properly, it kept leaking or didn't seem to screw in all the way. I'm ordering another bladder with a zip-seal top. So I won't comment much on how well the bladder itself works. There's also velcro straps inside the bag to help keep the bladder attached to the bag/hold it up inside, plus a pocket inside the main compartment to contain it. No overwhelming plastic or factory smells. Also, I can def fit like a slim travel pack of hand wipes and a snack bar or 2 inside the main pocket next to the inner bladder pocket. The side pocket (which doubles as the inner bladder pocket) fits my large phone (samsung galaxy note 10+) and I can pretty much fit my whole hand inside that pocket so I would say it can hold a handful of items. The shoulder straps have a cross-chest buckle which is adjustable about 3 inches up/down which is nice. They're a mesh fabric, super breathable. Inside of straps is soft while outside is tougher to, I assume, withstand wear and tear from, idk, branches or something. There's no pockets on the shoulder straps, but there is a gap in there (where the cross-chest buckle is adjustable) that you could add a carabiner to attach a small bag/wallet or multi-tool, something like that. I added photos so you can see what I mean, where I'm sticking my fingers in could easily accommodate something lightweight being hung off it. And I bet you could sew/safety pin a small pocket on the mesh part if you wanted to! Finally, I loooove the reflective effect of the color/finish of this bag with flash! Reminds me of paparazzi proof clothes. In short, I think this product's worth it even if the water bladder is a bit hard to open/close for refilling. The bag itself is worth the cost imo. Stay hydrated & have fun!!! 😊

This backpack looks exactly as advertised. It is somewhat difficult to fill and put the filled water-bag back into the backpack. However It was worth the money and worked great for 2 music festivals. The 2L bag was a perfect amount of water without being too heavy.

Got this for govball this year!! Genuinely saved me at the festival kept me hydrated all day and stayed on. Also was easy to fill and take apart. Really enjoyed this and will be using it for further festivals and concerts!!

EDIT: I contacted the company, they replied same day and had me send a picture of the leak location, order number, and my shipping address. They replaced the bladder and it arrived in 2 days! It works perfectly! We love it. I changed this to 5 starts for a working unit and great customer service! This is cute! I love that it doesn't shine in the sun. It fits my daughter well. However, it leaks at the straw connection, soaking her clothes. Have to use it for now because it's required for her band training. Sort of wishing I'd bought the CamelBak or Academy brand, but they're not cute.

Does exactly what I need it to do. Beautiful color. Survived raving in the hot sun outdoors for three days. Some venues will allow it but others won't, but I was happy enough with Sojurner that I bought a clear version as well from them. Decently easy to fill, highly recommend completely removing the water bladder even if you're feeling lazy. Pretty easy to clean and I always stuff the bladder with towels to fully dry it out before storage. 2 liter capacity is larger than standard water bladders and is good for making less trips. Large enough storage even full of water to hold snacks, your fan (in the convenient fan strap), and more! Comfortable enough to wear raving for 6+ hours dancing on my feet.
