  • My husband’s man cave
Style: Wall-Mounted Size: 10' x 13'
It was a bit tricky to assemble not going to lie. But once the walls are up it is pretty easy from there. It adds a beautiful outdoor room for us to enjoy. We built a deck to put it on and the solarium is very well made. We did purchase a big outdoor hanging fan also from Amazon to keep us cool because it does get warm in there. We are in Florida so of course it will be warm. One thing if you live in a deed restriction community you may want to get it approved. Lesson learned:) ... show more

  • Good gazebo, horrible assembly instrustions
Style: Freestanding Size: 12' x 15'
Overall, a good gazebo. The assembly instructions, which are just a bunch of pictures, left much to be desired. Also, once we got it together, the first good thunder storm let me know that there was a leak in the roof. When I called customer support to ask what to do about it, she started by saying, "Well, it is a sunroom so if the water wants to get in, it will find a way." Fair enough I guess. I solved it with spray foam insulation and caulk. It looks good and no longer leaks. They do have good customer support for warranty issues however. When our gazebo arrived, one of the screens was torn during shipping. I called them and they quickly sent me the simple form to fill out to get another one under the warranty. I haven't received it yet but it is supposed to be on the way. Update on the screen: They have now sent me the wrong screen twice. I'm still waiting for the proper replacement. ... show more

  • Really bad directions
Style: Wall-Mounted Size: 10' x 16'
The assembly was fairly easy as the parts all went together like they were designed to. I would strongly recommend though anybody that buys this do not listen to the 8-hour recommended install time. As I am a general contractor and a built-in many things for many people. It took me and my partner 10 hours to put this together the directions were absolutely terrible. I would not recommend ever reading the directions as you will get further along without reading them. My overall impression of this is do not buy it ... show more

  • IT WAS WORTH ALL THE HASSLE!
Style: Freestanding Size: 12' x 15'
The 1st shipment had major damage! Not by the manufacturer (SOJAG) or Amazon, but the shippers. Amazon & Sojag worked with us until we finally received all the parts but it took months (3 shipments). It was not easy to assemble. My husband has good knowledge in putting things together but it still took him & a neighbor 2 days. We had a concrete slab poured to place it on, so it's easy to sweep & keep clean. Once it was up, we were pleased with the sturdy metal roof, doors, & frame. The windows are heavy gauge plastic, but the are holding up. We got through a winter storm by keeping the snow from piling on top the roof. We bought furniture, installed a ceiling fan, had dedicated electric lines installed, so we can run a heater or air conditioner. I work remotely so I can now work out in my screenhouse 3 seasons. All our friends love it and so do we!! ... show more

  • Review after installation
Style: Wall-Mounted Size: 10' x 16'
I did not buy this off of Amazon, but I bought the exact one from another site. Since installing it (about 3 days ago), we had one very heavy rain storm. Installation: Like what has been said, no words in the manual, just pictures. For the most part, this isn't bad. There were a few times where trial and error took place. But overall, it really isn't that bad. I put it together myself in about two days. If I had started early and worked all day, I probably could have finished it in a day. I did use my 13 year old daughter to help with the roof. Other than that, you really don't need two people. That being said, it definitely would have been faster with two people. The roof...oh man the roof. The roof was the only difficult part. I would recommend two things. Don't used the nuts that they provided - they all seem to come off, and used three people if possible. It would have taken half the time if I had another set of hands to help. Weatherproofing: Like I stated previously, it rained very hard after I set it up. The water leaked from the side panels...actually quite a lot. I think I can take care of this with some silicon sealant. It looked as if the way the water came off the roof could have made the water entering through the panels worse. So I need to figure something out to funnel the water away from the panels when it rains. It may have also leaked from the design of the windows. It appears that there are basically three channels in the window (The screen and the upper and then the lower plastic window. So because of this the water was entering through the screen and pooling in the middle channel (for the the upper plastic window). I need to look at that problem more to see if it happens again and, if so, what needs to be done. So I have had it for less than a week and overall I am happy with the design, materials, and size. When winter comes and we get a snow storm I'll update how it handles the snow. My advise is, as stated before, read the directions multiple times then plan a long day or two of assembly (and get more than one person if they are available). For a product that was sold out, I was surprised about how little info there was on the internet about it. It is a pricey product, so over the long run, hopefully it is worth it. ****update**** I have had this for 4 months or so. I am happy with it with a few minor complaints. The main one I am seeing now in winter is that the door slide is on the outside. We have had a few days of rain followed by cold weather. This has caused the water to pool in the door tracks and then freeze causing the door to be frozen shut. I was able to muscle it open a couple of times but the last time I had to use a blow dryer to melt the ice to be able to get it open enough so I was able to go outside and use a screwdriver to remove the ice. The only other complaint would be, again, the design where the water comes in the windows as I said above. The good news is that we have had some ridiculous wind storms here. The first time part of the roof flew off but I blame myself for that. I didn't fully secure the roof but after that time I bought screws and bolts and put extra long screws to hold it down. Since then we have had a few more wind storms and the thing has held up nicely. We will see after a real snow storm how it holds up. ... show more

  • Florida room
Style: Wall-Mounted Size: 10' x 16'
Instructions left a lot to be desired as to what order parts should be put together. After assembly windows leak with now way to stop, side panels also lead water into room requires lots and lots of caulk to stop water from leaking in. I made the mistake the building looks good but for the price I could have built from scratch a building that would not leak. It just not what I expected. ... show more
