I wanted an inexpensive sit down rower and this was exactly that! It is easy to assemble, easily folds away for storage, is lightweight and easy to move around. It's compact size makes it easy to fit in any room (and stay there as a constant reminder to get on and use it). I couldn't believe how sturdy this little guy is! It has attachment cords to increase the intensity of the workout, however, I am just fine without using them (lol). I like how this machine stretches out my back, arms/upper body, my legs, calves, knees, lower body and still provides a good workout challenge to increase upper/lower body strength and endurance and cardio (YES). First use I could hardly do twenty reps, that's why I knew I needed it! Now I am doing 8 sets of 20 reps each (160 total movement). When I get to the 'stand up' position of the movement I try to hold in my abs/glutes (you have to think about it) which will improve the results (like isometrics). Fingers crossed it will. Solid machine. The foot pad is reversible so you can work your legs with one direction and your upper back in the other direction. Solid, well-made, compact, easy to operate and intuitive.

I bought this for the sturdy look ( which it is a very sturdy machine) and also because the description stated it was foldable. Well this definitely is not foldable and after putting it together realized none of the images shows the machine a folded position. Guess should of paid closer attention to that aspect. But otherwise - love the machine thus far. Just wished it really folded as described. ... show more
