This is a great company and a great mattress. I am a lover of the new foam mattresses. I purchased this as a wedding gift for son and there was an issue with stitching in small area, clearly a small machine error. My daughter in-law was a bit upset, and I immediately contacted Amazon, and the seller contacted me immediately. They apologized, replaced the mattress and wished them both congratulations on their upcoming wedding. Absolutely would 100% RECOMMEND this company & mattress to family & friends.
