I have had this assembled for less than a week and it’s already started breaking. The prebuilt pieces are made incredibly cheaply, with screws that are too shallow to even secure the frame to the front upholstered piece. Assembly says it only requires a screwdriver and that’s a lie, if you buy this piece of crap you should at least have power tools. With a screwdriver alone, the assembly is miserable. The wood it’s made of is incredibly soft and weak, and some of the boards that make up the actual frame have already started breaking. It’s very pretty to look at but it’s made like cheap garbage. Broke quickly! The wood is horrible and very weak. Simply bad engineering. I ordered another metal frame to use instead of the weak wooden frame it comes with because the slats will weaken and break.

The quality of this product is poor. The particle board frame is not sturdy and we had to add screws to reinforce. It has broken twice and we repaired by purchasing wood to reinforce. We have had the bed less than one year and are about to trash it and get a new bed. Such a disappointment.
