  • Best Scar-L spring arisoft gun you can probably buy !!!
The media could not be loaded. Fn Scar-L spring airsoft rifle Pros: Shoots 50+ feet Solid plastic constitution Rails for mounting attachments Mag holds a lot of bb's Cons : Mag only shoots about 12- 13 bbs .. 3-4 of the last shots in the spring guided area shoot up into the guns chamber but wont shoot usless you take the mag. .. Shake the gun out and put the bbs back in the mag its self and reload it ... Idk maybe its just my gun... I highly recommend this airsoft rifle !!! besides the 4 bbs not shooting , its a soild gun !!! At a great price and the most accurate spring rifle i ever used !!! in my video i hit 3 of the six shots i took with this gun but it was a little windy you could hit most to all shots with steady aim and a good optic 👍 ... show more

  • Good Value
Just got it delivered today and tried it out. The gun looks nice and feels solid. I like the sandy texture of the plastic that this gun is made of. It doesn’t feel like cheap plastic. The grips are good as well. The stock is extendable and collapsible. Front and rear sights are fixed. This made the aiming a little bit weird in my opinion, but after some practice I still hit the bullseye. The trigger feels really nice too. The gun’s overall weight seems light to me. The gun is a little bit small to me even though I’m not a big guy. As you can see I put it next to my GF Voodoo. The Voodoo is slightly bigger so it’s easier to hold. I wish this gun can be slightly bigger or maybe the stock extends a little bit more. When you take out the mag 4 bbs drop like everybody else said in their reviews. To sum up, this gun looks decent. It feels nice to hold and fun to shoot. For the price, I think it’s worth buying. The same gun from Big 5 or Bass Pro Shop would’ve cost $50. ... show more

  • Decent Spring Power AirSoft
I decided to purchase this model after going through the reviews and looking at other offerings in the same price range. I did not expect much given the price point. I own a CO2 powered airsoft pistol and wanted a riffle to get a bit more range and accuracy. I looked at the bolt action sniper models but thought I would give this one a try first. The Good: -Nice build quality. Very realistic look. It is on the light side but feels solid. -Lower price and decent quality -Well packaged. -Fair power for spring model -Mag well does hold s large amount of BBs. The actual feed chute holds about 15~20 shots maybe. -Cocking lever can be installed on either side of the riffle making it universal. -Stock is adjustable & fore grip is also adjustable -Several rail systems on the riffle for mounting accessories. A cheap $10 red dot laser could be added The not so good: -Accuracy seems to be a mixed bag per the reviews. Mine shoots low and to the right. However, it is consistent to that quadrant. The rear sight is removable. I have purchased some $12 adjustable metal iron sights . I will see if they can be used to bring it back on center. A cheap red dot or scope may be a better choice. -As many others have pointed out, when the clip is removed 4 BBs will drop out. The receiver port in the riffle has a small tube chute that holds 4 BBs when the clip is inserted. There is a small spring detent on the clip that retains the BBs in the clip. This detent is pushed back when the clip is inserted. This allows the 4 BBs to enter the feed bay chute. So when the clip is removed, those BBs are free to fall out. That also means the last 4 shots will not load into the firing chamber since no spring pressure is being applied. As some have pointed out, you could turn it upside down to load the last 4 shots. Not really a defect, just not the best feed design for the clip. Even my CO2 pistol clips lets 1 BB drop when the clip is removed. If accuracy does not improve with new iron sights, I may have to consider finding something better. I just did not want to pay $85 for plastic airsoft. I need a no harm method for running of pesky varmits. Update 5/31/20: My original practice shots were with 0.2g BBs I have for my CO2 pistol. Good quality amo. When I shot some 0.12g BBs thru it, the placement changed quite a bit. Given the reduced weight they shot higher as expected. I shot the same target from the same distance (steady rest position). The placement was high and to the right. The 0.12g BBs I have are cheap quality and the repeatability is not to be expected. Occasionally it would shoot left a little. The inner barrel is plastic and is not fully supported on the outer most end. That is likely why different reviews are seeing mixed shot placements. I followed up with some more 0.2Gs and the placement was still the same as the first round. So the grouping holds. Hopefully some adjustable sights will help bring it closer to the target. Should have those next week. ... show more

  • Spring loaded version works great with minor tweaks
Cheap and works - I got the spring loaded for higher fps output. Used mainly to shoot away cats, birds, and small dogs from my backyard garden without harming them. Once I added an adjustable red dot site, it works great. Pros- Adjustable butt stalk, no tools needed. Foldable but stock. Works well and shoots relatively accurate for 50 feet. Cheap Comes with everything to get started Accepts universal sites, can remove stock sites Magazing holds some 300bbs in the hopper,I have yet to refill. You do a little shake with the magazine to have it load into the spring loaded section for up to 25bbs. Comes with instructions Cons No adjustable site, ended up buying a cheap red dot site Removing magazine always releases 1-3 bbs. No idea where they are coming from. Plastic feel all around. Overall: I'm no expert in Airsoft but for price, it's pretty accurate for my purposes. I was able to shoot a target dead on at 50 feet consistently once I added my own adjustable site. What you pay is what you get. Its made for .12g 6mm bbs. I have found better accuracy with the .2g 6mm and shoots just fine. ... show more

  • Can't go wrong
Bought as a gift for my brother because he expressed interest when I talked with my parents about my real guns I'd purchased last year and asked for an air soft gun for Christmas. Figured it would be a good way to start intoducing him to proper use and gun safety and it would get him outside vs. being on the computer all day. For the price. This is an AWESOME purchase. The quality is perfect, it's a spring rifle vs battery operated so it's stronger and more accurate. Finding more magazines has proven difficult. I haven't been able to locate any yet. He hasn't gotten a chance to go and use it at the airsoft range in town yet but firing it in his backyard he said he loved it...... The airsoft gun he wanted was about 45$ more, battery operated and not spring. And was visiably lower quality material. 10/10 would suggest buying for anyone looking to purchase an airsoft gun ... show more
