I’d say acceptable not excellent condition it has a chip in the back glass not the end of the world and the battery was replaced but is at 85 other than that it’s great so far it feels great and other than that really small chip it looks brand new the phone came unlocked and hooked right up to my provider right through the app easy to unlock it came setup as far as English and text size but all you have to do is add your Apple ID I was hoping for it to have a screen protector but nowhere does it say it does and it doesn’t so no screen protection the pro is my perfect size it’s not to big or to small but for 500 bucks all and all this is a cheap durable updated phone ... show more

Phone is in perfect condition, not even minor scratch or anything like that. I have verified the phone at Apple store and came to know it's in mint perfect condition. Only the battery was 87%, because of which I deducted 1 star. Overall satisfied.
