Very nice high quality gun. Shoots super smooth, very durable. I have not had any problems yet with this gun. Very accurate gun if you are looking to get into airsoft but on a tight budget I would definitely recommend this gun. If you are looking to get more consistent fps with it I would recommend putting a piston head nozzle that has a o-ring in it to minimize the amount of air loss coming out of your piston. If you are looking for more rounds per second I would recommend installing a Zion arms nebula. There are plenty of videos on how to install them in this gun. Overall great beginner gun and the whole gun is fully upgrade able. Highly recommend this gun.

I purchased this Lancer Tactical Gen 2 Airsoft rifle for my 10-year-old son a few weeks back and enjoyed shooting it so much with him that I had to go and purchase a Lancer Tactical Gen 3. We absolutely love both guns. The Gen 3 is more on a competition or professional grade I would say whereas the Gen 2 is a phenomenal starter gun at a great price. Both guns seem to be extremely accurate and the Gen 2 holds up to the Gen 3 very well except for the electronic trigger of the Gen 3. I would highly recommend this gun for anybody's trying to get started into airsoft or anybody just loving a gun that is dependable.

Plz iknow people write crap review and stuff but i amm a teenager who does airsoft at arenas and with my friends all the time. this might be the most worth its money gun ive ever bought. the batery chargers in 40 to 80 minutes, witch is really good for airsoft chargers. it shoots really straight and hard and the full auto in nuts with like 4 bbs a second and with about 300 bbs in the mag you can just roll out an entire team in 2 min, it soo worth it my friend bought it after i showed it to him. it stings like crazy and has really good range with about 250 feet of pure straight fireing. with or without wind this gun is a monster. if your looking for a amazing strong proffesional gun this is for u.

The Lancer Tactical Gen 2 M4 is a pretty solid entry-level airsoft gun. The feel is nice—light but not too flimsy, and the polymer build feels durable enough to handle the usual bumps. It’s comfy to hold and the stock is adjustable for different arm lengths, which is a plus. In terms of shooting, it performs decently. The semi-auto and full-auto modes both work smoothly, and it fires at a good rate, though it’s not the fastest on the market. You won’t be shredding through targets like some high-end rifles, but it’s definitely fun to use. The accuracy is decent for the price, and the range is enough for most close to medium-range battles. The 9.6v battery gives you a solid runtime, so you’re not constantly worrying about charging. The mag holds enough BBs to keep you in the action for a while, though reloading might feel a bit slow if you’re in the middle of a firefight. Overall, it’s a great gun for beginners or anyone looking for a reliable, affordable airsoft rifle without breaking the bank. It’s lightweight, fun to use, and gets the job done.

The gun clocked in for me at about 390 fps when chronoed (bb variation differs fps. I was using 0.25g bbs). The gun is pretty accurate from short to medium ranges. The stock is adjustable which is great for when rushing buildings. The build is solid and durable. The magazine is pretty solid but depending on how long a match it is you prolly will want to buy a second one. The gun itself handles really well and is a must for beginners or people on a budget since it can be upgraded and/or improved very easily. Also it hurts, a lot (for the teens like me who like to terrorize siblings. Just kidding. Don't do that and if you do you didn’t hear it from me.)

Don't have a lot of experience with AEGs but my son is really into airsoft. Bought him a couple cheaper rifles before but they were pretty disappointing. Ordered two of these and they shoot great! Hard, fast and straight. They are solidly built. Here is what I think will help seal the deal. After about 6 months of ownership the butt stock and buffer tube fell off one of the rifles. I tried putting it back together with no luck. Sent Lancer an email on Saturday and had two calls by Monday. Was able to video chat with one of the technicians as he walked me through reassembly and helped identify that the threads in the spring guide were stripped. Probably overtightened from the factory. Had a new spring guide and screw by the following Saturday and now the rifle is back together. Great costumer service! Top notch!

Super fun and accurate, at least out to 25 yards or so. Accuracy is about 1-3 moa which is pretty impressive for an airsoft gun in my opinion. The battery lasts a good while and are easy enough to change out. I would recommend, the cost to quality/fun ratio is worth it.
