I decided it was time to teach my children gun safety. These work perfectly for that task! They are true to size but extremely light (flimsy plastic) but it worked in their favor. I was able to use these to teach proper handling of firearms and the basics of firing the weapon safely. They're weak enough to target practice inside but powerful enough to puncture printer paper targets (and leave welts on skin through jeans from twenty feet away). Both the pistol and the rifle worked perfectly and the single shot spring mechanisms are great because we don't have to worry about batteries or CO2 cartridges. For the price, I'm very happy with this product. Once they're trained and I feel as though they are ready, we will invest more into PPE and more advanced airsoft guns. Until then, these work great! ... show more

This was for my son and the second time he used the rifle the charge handle broke. I contacted the manufacturer through the Amazon link and they were super helpful. Within 24 hours of sending an email they contacted me back. I sent them a picture of the broken gun and 3 days later we received a replacement gun. Very kind and very helpful! This rifle is made entirely of plastic. With fast firing speeds and plenty of power, it is a good quality gun. The functionality and quality of the stock are superb. The speed loader system is very handy and make loading the mag much easier. I also like the adjustable front sight. The gun has a nice finish too, and the pistol and holster are cool. However, I give it inly 4 stars because of a few small issues. Firstly, while the path of the bb is generally consistent, there are certain times when the bb will hop up or curve. Furthermore, after it is cocked, the gun will sometimes drop the bb out of the barrel, and you will have to dry fire it and recock it to put a bb in the chamber. Finally, if the mag is removed when still partially full, 2 or 3 bbs will drop out of the mag well. I know this cannot be helped with some mags, but it is kind of an annoying problem. That said, these may be issues with only my unit, so don't think this is a bad gun. Overall, this is a good investment and I would recommend it to anyone who collects airsoft guns. ... show more

This gun is very nice I have had one of the older models they made and I just got this one and it is a upgrade from the old one this one is heavyer and more accurate then there old one gun sight works and is very accurate

    • These break immediately.
Bought this set for my son, both the rifle and pistol were broken on day one. I figured maybe I just got a lemon so I returned for a replacement. Then both replacement guns broke again with in a few days. On the pistol, it's the trigger mechanism. It just won't stand up to 13 year old boys firing away. On the rifle, one broke at the barrel and on the other the stock broke off. Seems to me the manufacturers chose the wrong type of plastic, made it too light weight or BOTH. I'm not one too write bad reviews and if my son was just not taking care of his things I wouldn't put it on the seller.. In this case, cool product, VERY POOR QUALITY. Unfortunate because right out of the box it's a really nice little set at a fair price.. but then they break. Sorry seller. No Bueno. ... show more

EDIT: I got in touch and they have sent out a new gun at no cost. Customer service was great! Easy communication! Highly recommend! Bought as a gift for my nephew. The excitment in his face upon opening was well worth it. Rifle works great but the pistol came with a broken trigger.

    • Great Gun For Beginners! Very Happy!

Disclaimer: I'm new to airsoft and these are some of the first airsoft guns I've owned, so take this for what it's worth. However, I purchased these guns about 2 months ago, and I am super happy with them. The Rifle: The rifle is awesome! It shoots really far and fairly accurately for a spring loaded <$50 gun. When playing with friends, this gun has quickly become a favorite and has been used many times. Although the gun is made of plastic, it is really sturdy and doesn't feel like it will fall apart. The only con that I can think of is the mag. It can hold 400ish bbs, but every 20 or so, you need to take it out and shake it around for them to load. This can be slightly inconvenient, but shouldn't be too much of a problem for short amature games. The bbs it comes with are .12 grams and, though they work fine, are not as accurate as .2 gram bbs. Overall, amazing gun. Pistol: As with the rifle, I was very happy with the pistol. Although it is also made of plastic, it is sturdy and feels like it will not break easily. I'll be honest, it's a little hard to cock as there isn't much of a grip. After a while, though, I've gotten used to it and the weird grip. Although this gun is more accurate with .2 gram bbs, it shoots way farther with .12 gram bbs and I recommend you use it that way. Packaging: This isn't a huge factor, but its an important one none the less. I always hate it when companies use a lot of plastic and packaging for small items. It's a waste of resources and is unnecessary. The packaging for this set of guns, however, is minimal and uses mostly Styrofoam and cardboard, which I'm happy about! If you're looking for another basic spring airsoft gun, I recommend the BBTac Pistol Uzi. It shoots very far and is extremely accurate when using .2 gram bbs.
