This mattress fluffed out of box perfectly. Measuring at exactly 12”-no less. Pro tip- do not let mattress stay in box once delivered, plan to take it out immediately and fluff. I’m pretty sure it’s a full 12” because I followed directions. Previous reviews stating it’s not the right size- I bet it was due to leaving it squished and rolled for too long in the box. Not only did it arrive within 2 days, it came in a box that was easy to carry up the stairs of a tiny house. It was easy to set up. Unboxed it, and let it sit a few days.
