The material is nice looking and family friendly which is a plus. They are comfortable. Im not sure why people say they are too stiff. Decent product for the value. A little too firm but not a deal breaker. The size is bigger than expected but still great size for any room. Not bad build quality and easy to put together. Not that comfortable for sleeping but putting something soft down like some blankets or pads makes it better.

The comfort could be better—the seat could use a little more cushioning, since I can feel the wood/beam support when pulling it out to make it longer. I got it in grey and the color is very nice. It’s spacious enough to sit crisscross, and I can definitely sleep on it all night. The quality feels sturdy, the material is smooth, and the back support is really good overall. Assembly was super easy!

The concept of the chair is great and I love the color and fabric; however, when it is in chair mode, it is hard as a rock and extremely uncomfortable. Luckily, I bought these for my extra bedroom and my young grandsons like them. They are super easy to convert to beds and they don’t mind the firmness. So, buyer beware; at a little over $100 per chair, you get what you pay for . . . 1 chair is great but the other one had a quality issue right out of the box. I took a picture of what was wrong with it . . . Both sides of the foot board were loose and I tried to pound it back in, but it didn’t work. That same chair also has trouble going back from bed mode to chair mode as the roller often seems to go off track. If it weren’t such a pain to send it back, I would request a replacement. I still have a little time to decide if I want to play around to replace it or not. UPDATE: Amazon put me in touch with the company so I could share my concerns. They responded quickly with a FANTASTIC resolve to the issue! I am beyond pleased with the company’s customer service! I will end this review with my positives about the chair: LOVE the cute design, compactness, color, fabric, and ease of conversion between modes. I just wish it were a bit more comfortable, but for a kid’s room, it’s great! Again, this company was great to work with. 🤓

I moved into a room in my sister's house. I wanted a chair but the room is too small for both a chair and a bed. This is perfect! The chair is comfortable to sit on and converting it into a bed is easy. I have 2 camping pads I use when I make it into a bed for extra cushion since I sleep on it every night, but it's really comfortable! I had to get used to the arms of the chair while it us in the bed position as it is tricky to get in and out if and it does sit lower than a normal bed, but I have a place to sleep every night and I am thankful. I would highly recommend this for a spare room for a guest to sleep on for a night or 2 without having a big bed take up a lot of room.

Cute, but not super comfortable. For a sitting chair, it is nice. I am 5'6", and when I lie down on it with the footstool extended up, my hip hits the frame on the seat part, and it is not comfortable. It might be good if sleeping on it to add a twinish-sized egg crate on it. The arms are a little lower than I would prefer also. I wanted this as a comfy reading chair, but long time sitting it in, like to watch a movie, is not recommended. 6/10 would recommend.

DO NOT BUY!!! This is the hardest bed/chair ever!! There is nothing comfortable about it!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it was easy to put together and looks nice. Functionality is very poor!!! I was sad I couldn’t return it!!
