Wonderful product. When the box came, I thought this was going to be really small. It is just the right size. It is so soft and comfortable, but it’s firm. I bought it for the living room. It’s so nice to have the back part recline so that I can lay there and watch TV after a hard day. I bought the yellow and the color is beautiful. It’s bright and cheerful. And it’s so easy to adjust. I can sit there and just lean over and pull the side up to raise it little by little and it’s very light to raise it. It has a very sturdy frame and I think it’s going to last a long time.     • Why buy an Ottoman? Review of BIGSYY product.
Brand: BIGSYY Sofa Bed, 4 in 1 Multi-Function Folding Ottoman Breathable Linen Folding Ottoman 4-1 was Exactly as described by seller. Quality: The product quality by the brand was well manufactured/set up. Value for money: Bang for buck it is quite the nice addition for apartment future. The the ability to transform it from a chair, to a bed, (what feels while laying down a lounge chair/sunbathing chair is relaxing. Product rigidity/frame (Alignment): Once the box was received. I opened it up to inspect the product. The frame was straight and firm. (As in it It did not lean crooked, or felt loosely together by parts laying down and sitting down.) Dimension (Fit): size was exactly as described on the sellers description. Always a plus to plan it. Firmness : Surprisingly, very comfy. I was expecting a bit of firmness but it’s a nice plush feeling. Sturdiness: I have not personally testing the weight limitations on the chair when the ottoman is in the form of a lounge chair or bed but as stated before it feels very secure. I wouldn’t remind anything “actively intimate” if buyers want to be a naughty customer in private. Hahahaha. But we’re all adults so just be safe and maintain the product longevity as best as possible. It’s well made for the price so I’d be disappointed it broke because… adulting. Haha! Summary: I would personally recommend friends and family to purchase this item. I would grade this product review as a mid-tier or slightly above mid tier purchase. Haha. When I got the box, they put a thinly nice fabric cover that covers the chair with the manual(paper) on top. Packaging: BEWARE: PLEASE BE careful when OPENING THE BOX with a BLADE OR SHARP OBJECT to Remove the TAP! there is NO FOAM padding on the bottom or top when planning to remove tap. If you cut too deep, customer ruins product! (There is a visual label that shows a picture NOT TO USE a BOX CUTTER). Goodness. It’s difficult being an Amazon product review father. Haha! I got this for my living room. Ir feels a bit low and not super wide but sturdy. Many reviews on here say it breaks in less than a year but it does feel sturdy and I'm 230#. Not suitable for a very tall person. If I were younger and lighter, I'm sure I could sleep on it fine but after the several hour trial lounging today, I've ordered a 3" mattress topper. The material and color is very nice. I think it looks ok. I only ordered one to test it and decided to order a similar but different style for my second chair/ bed. As this is an ottoman not a traditional chair with arms and all. Which I actually wanted but didn't realize it is an ottoman as I mainly looked at the Pic and not the full blown product description. My company is coming in a week and hopefully it will work for them! ... show more

The chair/ottoman combo setup is good. The fabric texture and design is great it has a nice feel. It comfortable to sit on and the cushions are nice. When it comes to the click clack of the head test something is horribly wrong (see picture provided). It arrived a little over a week early and after reading a few more reviews I tried to send it back. The company obviously knows about the defect and is selling the product anyway. There's a 79dollar fee to ship it back which is about the worth of the futon. I wish I could give a better review because it's comfortable and beautiful. ... show more

I ordered this as I’m having extra guests staying overnight. I was thrilled that it was even better than the reviewers reported. (The piece was unfortunately delivered almost a week earlier than the expected date, when I wasn’t home. I tried to change the delivery date but even after calling Amazon customer service two days in a row, it was waiting for me on the porch when I arrived 2 days after it came. Luckily I have wonderful neighbors who watched out that it wasn’t taken.) When I opened the box, the color of the ottoman was exactly as pictured online. Yay! As described, it was fully assembled and came with clear instructions on how to open the ottoman to a chair, a lounger, and a bed. I slept on it last night. I’m a short, older, full-figured woman and was very comfortable. Although it’s lower than my regular bed I was easily able to rise from it even with my soon-to-be-replaced knee. I enjoy a firm mattress and found the ottoman firm yet not hard. I could easily turn and change position during the night and it was plenty wide enough for a restful night’s sleep. One of my neighbors stopped by today and saw what had been in the box. I believe that she may be ordering one for her family to use when they visit! What dismayed and angered me about the unexpected and unwanted early delivery has faded since the product is so good. But I do hope not to have that same kind of experience again. ... show more
