My husband was always either overheated or cold. He had tried layers of blankets and always ended up rolled up in them during the night. I searched and researched and ended to trying this blanket. It is amazingly soft , lightweight, and warm. So far he has been completely comfortable with the combination of a heated mattress pad and this blanket, even though right now the overnight temperatures are down into the 20s.
