Update - Seller did reach out and make it right Let me start off by saying I went looking for the pillows after having some of the best night sleeps with these pillows in some of our favorite hotels but these do not live up to those even though they are suppose to be the same according to the tags. The first thing I said when I pulled the pillow out of the box was this is deader then a 10 year old dead pillow. I took it to my husband who didn't know my reaction and he said the same thing. He was like there is no way these are the same pillows we loved. They are worse then the dead pillows on our bed. They are so flat and very lacking on the filling. Defiantly not a medium support pillow. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The pillow arrived not vacuumed sealed. I still let it sit and did some fluffing. Still flat, still missing what seems like half of its filling. Very disappointing for the cost of these. These are defiantly not a high end worth the money pillow. ... show more
