I use these every time I grill. It has a good weight for your burgers or steak to get a nice sear. When you wash them, make sure you oil them afterwards. This is a good product and does the job well. I recommend this product.

Good quality. Excellent size. Works as described. Warning: don't put it in the dishwasher. Probably says that somewhere in the product info, but I didn't bother to read it. Still works, but it took the varnish off the wood handle. Still satisfied with this purchase.
