Quite fantastic. Tons of fun, even if the sound quality is a bit lacking. The marquee looks faded out the further away you are, but it's still legible. The screen is vivid. The controls are good. There's one game that occasionally slows when too much is going on, on screen. My biggest gripe is that the control deck could have been an inch deeper so that hands could fit on it properly. It's still doable.

My main complaint is the noticeable input delay on the joysticks and buttons. I’ll note that when it first arrived, the control connection was actually disconnected, requiring me to open the back of the unit to fix. But that’s not a huge deal. The input lag, however is super noticeable, and it just doesn’t feel great to play. It’s still awesome, and you can still have fun with it, but just know it’s far from the best way to play these games.

Just as described. This home arcade system brings the arcade home. This was the system in the 90s. Very accurate representation of the Neo Geo. Games are exactly representative of the original. Controllers have the perfect touch and click. No complaints. Screen is high quality and base is easy to put together. You can add credits save games and play one or 2 players.

I’m very disappointed of the quality of the product outside looks beautiful, but the joystick and buttons are not working right!! sometimes I am not pushing anything, and the joystick go right by itself and some of the buttons don’t work :-/ I wanted to play my favorite game and you know how bad it is when you don’t have a good joystick

First of all, excellent communication from the shipper. Explained right away that this unit is packaged and shipped in 2 separate cartons. So the base arrived separately. But everything was packaged very well and arrived safely. SO many games are already preloaded, but I truly bought it for the samurai showdown games. Always wanted a decent arcade version. The only downside was that although there are 6 buttons on each side (like the original arcade), it seems that not all of them work. This is intentional though, and it has a config screen that allows you to re-arrange them as you want. I only hope that eventually there will be an upload to enable all 6 buttons. That being said, I am very happy with the purchase. Excellent communication, and excellent quality for the price !
